Prepayment Discount Program
|
|
Special discounts are available to customers making early payment for invoices due at year end (December 1st). The earlier the prepayment, the greater the discount. (This applies to all Classic Line and HotLine calendars except Custom Calendars).
Calculate the discount as follows:
>Take the total price of the order.
>Add freight.
>Add state and local taxes as required by law.
>Take the discount from the total.
Send the check or signed credit card authorization with the order.
With prepayment - no additional invoice will be sent. Payment is considered payment in full.
If prepayment is not included with the order, the discount can still be taken by requesting a memo billing and calculating the appropriate discount at the time when payment is made. (Not when the order is placed.)
